The “DESIGN” stage is the second phase of the project and is led by our design department.

During this stage, our team (the design department working with the commercial department) studies the project’s feasibility to ensure the event can be delivered.

Using our vast experience to consider your precise specifications, we produce 3D models tailored to the specific venue to ensure the optimum use of space. This process provides scale plans with exact dimensions and offers different views of the proposed solution.

The design department works to ensure that the result can be achieved by conceptualising, modelling and integrating output to respect real-life environments.

The “COORDINATE” stage best defines LAB SERVICES.

The project manager is in regular contact with the client during this stage to ensure effective event preparation and site management.

LAB SERVICES assigns an individual contact person to each client to oversee the entire project and make sure that information is shared effectively.

The project manager liaises with the different stakeholders before the event (clients, suppliers, service providers, event employees, internal staff, etc.) to ensure access, overcome any on-site problems, prepare the necessary materials, select appropriate vehicles and manage the team.

The “PRODUCTION” stage is the last phase before the delivery of the product/service to our clients.

During this phase, LAB SERVICES teams oversee the whole chain of internal processes: packaging, loading, transport, installation, technical standby, disassembly, processing items upon return and repackaging.
